Triple Crown Shuffleboard is a second generation family-owned business that was started in 1982. Floyd and JoAnne enjoyed playing shuffleboard and even hosted shuffleboard parties in their basement. Friends and family developed a love of the game.
There wasn’t many places to find shuffleboard supplies in Omaha, Nebraska in 1982, so Floyd and JoAnne turned their love of shuffleboard into a small business. During the early years, Triple Crown Shuffleboard was run out of their garage. It wasn’t long before they outgrew the garage and moved into a commercial business space.
Floyd and JoAnne are enjoying retirement these days. Their son, Scott, runs Triple Crown Shuffleboard now; although don’t be surprised if JoAnne answers the phone when you give us a call. She still helps out in the office now and again. Scott has ensured Triple Crown’s Midwestern values are the foundation of the business. Triple Crown has always focused on providing quality products at a fair price and exceptional customer service. Our pucks and waxes are manufactured here in America’s heartland. Triple Crown has customers throughout America and in several countries around the globe.
